A few days ago, it is with pride that Asiance has received two awards from Web Award Korea: one in the fashion mall category with Lacoste e-shop and one in the web agency category with our website. We are all the more honored as the Web Award Korea is one of the country’s most accredited website awards.
Web Award Korea is an annual awards ceremony organized by Kipfa, the Korean Internet Professionals Association. The 150 best websites in terms of technology, design, accessibility, UI/UX, promotion, marketing and branding are rewarded.
The team would also like to thank all those who voted for us at the Awwwards, making Asiance the first digital agency in South Korea to win the Site of the Day award.

Lacoste introduces its new collection, Lacoste L!ve FW’11! Asiance is more than happy to be part of this new campaign. This season, Lacoste collaborated with inspiring local artists and global magazines such as WAD and DAZED & Confused KOREA. The cultural fashion experiences were delivered to the young target through social network events on the website and Facebook to create digital buzz all around.

Asiance has launched a new media mix campaign in Korea for the L1212 AW2010 season. Starting September 12th, this campaign started off with a promotional event involving around 150 Korean models.

Spring has come, and Lacoste has released a new collection. Lacoste Red Line is a fun campaign with flashy style “comics” has been specially created to celebrate the heyday of croc! Asiance is in charge since the last 3 year of the ‘smart’ localization for Korea and was happy to work on a fresh looking site, targeting an audience which mostly consists of young adults. Easy and fun to use, we also incorporated a lot of korean contents and pictures to the site… just to make it more local.

A quick update on the Lacoste Red! campaign to let you know that the global Red! collection website has been selected “Site Of The Month” by The FWA.
Also, Asiance’s work on the Red! campaign localization in Korea is featured in this June issue of the Korean “W.E.B.” Magazine.

Lacoste Red Online Campaign Launch in Asia
As our first post on this blog, it is our great pleasure to announce that after weeks of hard work we have finally launched the online campaign for the Lacoste Red! collection in Korea, Japan and China.
Originally designed for Lacoste by Megalo(s), the package welcomes web users to the “Red Party”, a virtual universe where music, dance, a fashion collection and video game come together to celebrate the Lacoste Red! spirit.
The website opens with a surrealistic choreography created by Kris Moyes. Visual experimentation in which ultra slow movements, 3D tracking and morphing from one style into another provides a striking first view of the collection!
“Extraball”, the single by the new heart-throb of French Electro music, Yuksek, has been selected as the soundtrack for this virtual party. Web users are then invited to take part in the celebrations by choosing their favorite style from among the 15 available in the collection.
Every style is presented through music and video. Each of the models invites visitors to “Play with me!”, an invitation that leads visitors into a game where they have to give themselves over to the rhythms of various music tracks, taking them a little deeper into the Lacoste Red universe!
