For Korean customers only, (not on E-com or Instagram) the Louis Vuitton 2020 cruise collection was showcased as live streaming on the Kakao platform.

It announced the start of the fashion show through a Kakao push message and provided the experience of chatting with numerous Korean users watching the same video in real-time.
1. Push message on Kakaotalk was sent to notify the start of the fashion show live stream. Users could click ‘join chat’ to be directed to KakaoTV.
2. Open KakaoTV Live App. After clicking ‘join chat’ users’ KakaoTV live app was opened automatically, or if users didn’t have the app, they were redirected to the app store page to install the app.
3. Watch live fashion show Within the KakaoTV live app, users could interact and communicate with other viewers of the live stream.
