AI SaaS Platform and Brandtech Agency come together to expand the service value chain

MarqVision, an advanced SaaS platform leading the digital transformation in the IP industry, and Asiance, a Brandtech agency providing tech and marketing solutions for brand growth, join hands to expand their service value chain.

An AI company MarqVision (CEO Insup Lee), announced on the 27th that it had signed an MOU with Asiance to establish a global brand IP management system.

The signing ceremony was held on the 25th at the Asiance Seoul office located in Jung-gu, Seoul, in the presence of major officials from both sides, including DK Lee, co-founder of MarqVision), and Olivier Mouroux, CEO of Asiance.

As strategic partners, MarqVision and Asiance have agreed to build an infrastructure and system to expand the global brand IP protection business. The two companies will actively collaborate in various areas, such as 1) planning new business for brand intellectual property protection and management, 2) collaborating on brand IP protection with clients of Asiance, 3) discovering new global clients, and 4) deriving market insights based on IP infringement status data.

With this MOU, MarqVision will be able to identify counterfeit product patterns of top global luxury brands by analyzing IP protection success cases and detailed data of clients operated by Asiance. Through this, both companies plan to achieve a more precise and optimized IP monitoring platform. Asiance is also the first in the industry to be equipped with professional IP protection consulting capabilities, providing stable growth to global clients and systematic brand management services. 

MarqVision currently operates an AI-based monitoring service called “MARQ Commerce” that helps brands automate the process of detecting and removing counterfeit products on more than 100 e-commerce sites in 26 different countries. It also operates a service called “MARQ Contents” which helps protect content companies from online content piracy.

Asiance is a digital marketing/Brandtech agency established in 2004, and has innovated customer experiences in various areas, including K-Commerce consulting, construction, and operation of global luxury brands operating in Korea. Recently, it has been expanding its business area by strengthening its existing business with the aim of providing Brandtech services that combine tech and creativity.

Meanwhile, MarqVision recently announced the 2021 Counterfeit Product Market Trend Report based on counterfeit product data detected through its platform. According to the report, more than half of e-commerce counterfeit products are systematically sold by top 5% sellers in Korea.
